This project was an in-depth exploration of creating AAA-quality characters from concept to production. I focused on refining my technical and artistic workflow, sculpting traditionally in ZBrush, hand-painting textures in Substance Painter, and developing hair cards and real-time lighting for use in a game engine. The goal was to push visual fidelity while maintaining full technical optimization for real-time environments.
Additionally, I prepared the model for 3D printing, translating the digital sculpt into a high-quality collectible figurine. The project served as a personal benchmark for bridging digital craft with physical form.A
