The Bat Sonar Visualization project was a collaboration with Rolf Mueller and the research team at Shandong University. The research involved working with a group of bats known as the "nose leaf bats" to study how they use biosonar. The task was to create immersive 3D visualization of Rolf Mueller's and his team's studies. The project involved the use of 3D scanning, modeling, and animation to showcase the movements of the bats when using biosonar. To carefully study the animal's behavior, I made a trip to Jinan, China, to work alongside a group of computer scientists, biologists, and engineers.
